We want our teams and leaders to bring their best each dayDue to continued growth in our client base, we are seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager to lead and/or support relationship building and project delivery for clients operating in the regulated industries and governmental space such as financial services, legal, life sciences, healthcare, and market insights. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative, and multicultural environment.Location: MadridWorking model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)Responsibilities:Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects for market insights from inception to completionDetermine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needsProactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gapsWork closely and diligently with Vendor Management, Operations, and Business Development teamsEnsure project resources maintain a high level of quality and professional and ethical standardsParticipate in mentoring or training of junior colleaguesMinimum Requirements:University degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages) or equivalent experienceFluent English spoken and written2+ years of project management experienceExperience with Regulated Industries clients preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing businessStrong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools, and understanding of MTStrong communication skills including presentation/meeting facilitationAbility to take initiative in resolving queries/issuesResponsibility and accountability in client-facing situationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsProactive and flexible team playerToppan Digital Language is committed to equality in employment and is able to consider any necessary adjustments during the recruitment process.
