Location: Madrid (Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 remote / flexible remote periods during the year) We’re a full-service agency helping companies grow smarter across marketing, advertising, recruitment, AI & automation, and sales support. Our team in Madrid works with clients mainly in Ireland and the UK, providing strategy, execution, and ongoing growth support, all under one roof. About the Role: We’re looking for a confident, structured, and people-focused Client Engagement & Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. You’ll manage ongoing client relationships, coordinate delivery with our client-management team, and help align communication between marketing, sales, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in account management, client success, or marketing coordination who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and clear communication to a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do: Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and confident. Work closely with the client management team to keep projects on track and clients updated. Act as a link between sales and marketing teams, helping translate business goals into clear actions. Host or support daily stand-ups or check-ins with the client engagement team to ensure visibility and progress. Support leadership with KPI tracking, reporting, and proactive issue management. Contribute to improving communication systems, templates, and client touchpoints. Who You Are: 3–5 years in client management, account management, or a related role (agency or SaaS background ideal). Confident communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Balanced personality: assertive yet approachable, structured yet flexible. Curious and willing to learn, you don’t need to know everything about marketing; you just need the drive to master it. Comfortable working in English with clients from Ireland and the UK.
