As a Junior Accountant & Finance, you will be mainly responsible for finance daily activities and reporting to headquarters Finance Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.Your JourneyRecording and control of accounting operations: Management of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversight of invoices (issued and received) to ensure proper accounting of all financial transactions.Management of accounts payable and receivable: Tracking payment deadlines, managing suppliers and customers, and updating records of payments and collections.Support in tax preparation: Assisting in the collection and preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.Preparation of basic financial reports: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports as required by the company.Assistance with internal and external audits: Participating in the gathering and preparation of documents required by auditors to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.General finance: all activities related to general finance such as bank relationship, suppliers, to be the link with other departments.What do you bring to your tripDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (SAP/Oracle/Sage is a plus).2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with experience at a Big 4 firm.Knowledge of accounting rules in Spain.Native Spanish and professional-level English.Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic and energetic.Flexible, resilient and adaptable to changes.Confident working in cross-functional teams.Comfortable in a start-up environment.Olala PerksBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.
