The Ideal CFO Profile Demonstrated experience in business models related to healthcare services, retail, and/or other decentralised organisation models. Demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation as part of a buy-and-build strategy. Demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit. Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario.
