If you are a sharp, self‑driven product leader who is passionate about solving complex problems in a multi‑cultural environment, we want to talk to you Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics to identify pain points, validate solutions, and influence product strategy Create and manage the Talent Management product roadmap ensuring clearly defined outcomes that balance customer needs, market trends and business objectives Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, prioritisation, and development to deliver impactful features and enhancements Work closely with product development and user experience teams as well as internal and external users and provide visibility to key stakeholders Influence without authority, driving decisions across multiple stakeholders and teams Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and compliance/regulatory changes impacting mid-market HCM Serve as a mentor to other product managers and influence product excellence across the organisation To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple teams’ efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. As part of our team, your voice will influence product success and help shape our industry. What You’ll Do Roadmaps. You’ll identify product initiatives based on market competitive analysis and client feedback and establish and manage product roadmap priorities and trade-offs. Research & Requirements. You’ll own the design. You’ll document and prioritise product features. You’re always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better. You’ll incorporate what makes sense into your product roadmap based on our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech and generations of users will have on your products. Relationships. You’ll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be. Measurement. You’ll measure product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities. Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating new services. Best part? You’ll get to see those ideas come to life. Presentations. You’ll speak to internal and external stakeholders, including Industry Analysts and at ADP Board level to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions. To Succeed In This Role You’ll Have A proven track record in product management; and experience in the HCM space, ideally in Talent Management or Employee Experience Experience working on mid-market SaaS products with strong adoption and NPS outcomes A strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of mid‑sized businesses (50–1000 employees) Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in agile development environments with modern product and analytics tools Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive alignment across product, design, engineering, and business teams Knowledge of current industry trends and competitor offerings; and be curious and adaptable to change You’ll Love Working Here Because You Can Deliver at epic scale.
