Responsibilities Develop visual concepts, illustrate 2D graphics, storyboard sketches, and animate them. Participate in the entire production process, from idea to finished customer delivery. Report directly to our Creative Director. Qualifications High illustration & animation skills with 5-8 years of experience in the advertising industry producing animated videos. You have the ability to develop visual concepts, illustrate 2D graphics, storyboard sketches, and animate them. You have a strong will to develop and you are good at listening. You understand the importance of a high level of professionalism towards customers, managers, and co-workers. You work well in a creative team where everyone's ideas are respected and you wish to develop and challenge yourself every day. You see it as a benefit if you have completed independent motion graphics productions as a freelancer. You can show a portfolio, showreel, or work samples where you describe your role in the production. You should master English in writing and speaking; however, the following languages are also meritorious: Swedish, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish (in writing). Other merits include experience with WordPress and high-level film editing (Final Cut or Premiere Pro) and copywriting. Personal Characteristics You have a sense of color and shape and you are driven to make complex ideas easy to understand. You have an eye for detail, are unpretentious and take constructive criticism. Your unpretentious approach allows you to take on many projects at the same time and work at a high pace. You will participate in the entire production process, from idea to finished customer delivery. You are a team player who is happy to stand up for your colleagues. Building relationships with both customers and colleagues is natural for you, and you can talk about your design in a non-personal way.
