German‑Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid working model)Schedule: Full‑time, Monday to Friday About the role: We are looking for a German‑speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support new advertisers through their onboarding journey. In this role you will help businesses successfully launch and optimize their Google Ads campaigns, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Onboard new advertisers and guide them through Google Ads campaign setup Contact clients via phone and email to understand their business goals Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI Support advertisers in adopting Google Ads products and best practices Identify growth opportunities and increase campaign investment Manage and update customer information accurately in CRM systems Handle a high volume of daily client interactions with a consultative approach Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience What we are looking for: Professional proficiency in German (spoken and written) Good level of English for internal communication Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, sales, or account management Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Analytical mindset and customer‑focused attitude Motivation to live and work in Barcelona, Spain (relocation support available) Compensation & Benefits €24,310 gross per year (base salary) Performance bonus up to €4,290 gross per year Hybrid working model Relocation support for candidates moving to Spain Private health insurance Ongoing training and certifications in Google Ads Clear career progression opportunities International and multicultural work environment Office located close to the sea in Barcelona Ready to build your digital marketing career while enjoying life by the Mediterranean?
