Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Role ObjectivesWe are seeking an experienced and strategic German Speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to work with High Value business clients in the Google Ads space. This role is dedicated to supporting larger clients in industries such as retail, travel, and other sizable businesses with substantial revenue. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with these advanced clients, focusing on delivering highly effective, tailored marketing strategies to drive their success.ResponsibilitiesEngage with larger clients, particularly in the retail, travel, and other high-revenue industries, to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and strategiesProvide in-depth, consultative support to clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with advanced and effective solutionsWork with clients to improve their advertising performance, offering insights, recommendations, and long-term strategies for growthDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on value-driven consultations rather than quick solutionsConduct regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring that strategies are effectively implemented and results are optimized over timeCollaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and align Google Ads strategies with these objectives, driving meaningful impactProvide expert-level guidance on advanced marketing concepts and Google Ads features to help clients achieve their goalsRequirementsBA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates expertise in the fieldC2 level of Greek and a high level of English (both written and spoken)1-2 years in sales or online advertisingExtensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads (preferably in retail, travel, or larger business sectors)Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, particularly in digital advertising and Google AdsMid/Senior-level profile, with the ability to provide high-level consultations and strategic insights to clientsAbility to build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing success and value in the partnershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a consultative mannerDesirable SkillsProcess Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityCollaboration: Working effectively with others, sharing ideas and resources to achieve common goalsCommunication: Exchanging information, ideas, and messages between individuals or groups through various channels and mediumsEmotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing one's own emotions and the emotions of others to foster positive relationships and enhance the impact of actionsOpen Mindedness: Considering and appreciating diverse perspectives and ideas, fostering collaborationCritical Thinking: Evaluating information and arguments, leading to informed and effective decisions based on data insightsSolution Orientation: Approaching problems and challenges with a focus on finding practical and effective solutionsEntrepreneurship: Having a mindset characterized by innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identificationBenefitsFull-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 24,000.00 € gross/year + up to 4,200 € gross/year in bonusReferral Program: Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/projectRelocation package including flight ticket and accommodation in a nice individual studio for the first month (contingent upon availability)Private Health InsuranceContinuous skill development and certificationsClear career growth opportunities supported by coaches and a motivating team environmentEngaging workplace with bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contests and dynamic business casual culturePrime office location at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, surrounded by the seaDiversity, Equity & InclusionTP is home to a global family with various backgrounds and lifestyles.
