MARKETING MEDIA MANAGER - SPANISH MARKETOur client is a SaaS company, ranked among the 10 most promising Startups in Spain and one of the most important in Europe, growing internationally across different continents.Currently serving thousands of customers in over 60 countries, it has built a super talented team of over 200 people, with headquarters based in Barcelona.ABOUT THE ROLE:SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Define and coordinate the media plan across all channels to boost our client’s brand presence (focus on YouTube).Drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.Work alongside the editorial team to ensure the content strategy is helping achieve awareness, acquisition, and retention goals.Develop and implement SEO capability to include link-building, domain authority, content strategy, and audit.Build and update the prospect universe including audiences/segments/personas to be targeted.Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation.Manage the media team and external suppliers of the market: PR agency, link-building agency, copywriters, etc.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:You are a native Spanish speaker & fluent in English.Previous working experience as a media manager or similar role for at least 5 years.Be data-driven and proficient with KPIs to understand how content can drive key metrics.Previous working experience implementing long-term cross-channel content strategies.Experience in finding and collaborating with influencers, press, and PR agencies.Experience in the B2B environment (SaaS industry would be a plus).Knowledge about SEO.General knowledge in digital marketing: CRO, UX, and Analytics.Previous relevant growth experiences of Brand Awareness.Bonus Points:Curious person without fear of failure, experimentation, and out-of-the-box thinking.Great creative and data-driven mindset.Negotiation and communication skills.High standards and attention to detail.Work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast-moving high-performance team.BENEFITS:Uncapped commissions and earnings - we reward hard work.High growth, multicultural, and friendly environment.Free physiotherapy in the office once a weekHealthy life with Andjoy (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes).Breakfast in the office and organic fruit.
