Join our global Wind team and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Senior Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.You will also apply your commercial and technical expertise to offer valuable support for account management and regional commercial activities. Your contributions will foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.Your key responsibilitiesProactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll’s global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.Plan, prepare and compile compelling, well-written and precise proposals and bid documents.Utilize and manage Ramboll’s internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.Your new teamYou will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll’s global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.About youBachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.Familiar with public / private procurement processes and with commercial, contractual and execution models.What we can offer youAn outstanding opportunity to join our Energy Division, and team up with 2,000 experts in 15 countries, covering the full spectrum of technologies and all parts of the value chain.Competitive base salary, pension contribution and benefits package.Ongoing investment in your development.Leaders you can count on, guided by our Leadership Principles.The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company.Flexible work environment.Ready to join us?Please submit your application.
