You'll help companies build or improve their Digital Products and customer experiences.Develop Relevant Skills and Gain ExperienceThis experience will allow you to develop relevant skills and you will quickly gain significant experience. Our network of experts and mentors will provide you with professional guidance helping you to learn what design and technology can offer in the future digital experiences.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to understand product requirements and design solutions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences.Support user research and testing to inform design decisions.Create design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and new technologies.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseBased in BarcelonaRecent graduate in Digital Product Design, User Experience Design, or User ResearchProficient in Spanish, Catalan, and EnglishProficient in FigmaPassionate about learning and new technologiesStrong interest in UX-UI design and digital product developmentPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseAgile methodologies knowledgeDesign Thinking knowledgeAbout Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market-leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
