Role As our Managing Consultant in Madrid, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of IT Recruitment Consultants. This is a position with a focus on driving performance, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our South Europe business unit. What You'll Do Drive Results: Lead your team to achieve and exceed targets related to production, client satisfaction, and internal improvements. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment Team Manager or IT Recruitment Team Leader, with a strong understanding of the South European market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coaching and motivational abilities. Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and company goals. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.
