Responsabilità Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane di un team di intervistatori CATI. Fornire ai membri del team obiettivi chiari e una guida e/o supporto sulle metodologie di indagine e sui processi CATI. Monitorare le prestazioni dei intervistatori e fornire un feedback tempestivo e costruttivo. Motivare i membri del team a raggiungere gli obiettivi individuali e di gruppo. Garantire la conformità a tutte le politiche e procedure aziendali. Gestire i programmi degli intervistatori e le richieste relative alla turnistica. Collaborare in modo proattivo con altri supervisori per garantire il buon funzionamento del contact center. Identificare le aree di miglioramento degli intervistatori e lavorare con loro in ottica di una crescita di skills; raccomandare modifiche ai processi e alle procedure utili per efficientare la struttura. Rimanere aggiornato sulle best practice del settore e sulle nuove tecnologie. Qualifiche Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di team, preferibilmente in contesti CATI o simili. Conoscenza delle metodologie di ricerca di mercato, comprese le indagini CATI. Capacità di motivare e guidare un team. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, interpersonali e di presentazione. Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e come parte di un team. Ottime capacità di problem-solving e processo decisionale. Forte orientamento ai risultati e proattività. Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti. Padronanza di Microsoft Office Suite con particolare focus sull’utilizzo di Excel. Orario settimanale 38 ore complessive distribuite: Da lunedì a venerdì: turni 9:00–13:00, 14:00–18:00, 18:00–22:00. Sabato, domenica e festivi: turni 9:00–13:00, 14:00–18:00, 18:00–22:00. È richiesta la flessibilità nel lavorare su turni, compresi i fine settimana e le festività. Benefici Ticket restaurant del valore di 7 €. Contratto Da gennaio 2026 fino al 31/03/2026 con possibilità di essere assunti a tempo indeterminato in staff leasing. Luogo di lavoro Milano - zona Piazza Udine.
