Swedish Speaking Sales Specialist (Barcelona, Hybrid) PerceptaLyn seeks a Swedish native speaker to join our international team in Barcelona supporting a major global tech project. Location & Employment Barcelona, Spain – Hybrid model, Full-time, 39 hrs/week. Relocation provided. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will work with Nordic clients, helping them grow their business through effective solutions and strategic outreach. You’ll manage sales pipelines, nurture customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared targets. What You Bring Native-level Swedish (other Nordic languages are a plus) Strong command of English Previous B2B sales experience Comfortable working with CRM systems Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills Motivated, goal-focused, proactive, able to work independently Strong business understanding with ability to evaluate different business models Customer‑centric mindset and enthusiasm for building outstanding client experiences Must hold an EU passport/nationality or valid work permit What's Offered Base salary: €25,330 gross/year (range €23,876 – €25,330 depending on experience) Sales bonuses: €3,407 – €4,470 gross/year Referral bonus: Up to €2,000 Relocation package – flight ticket, private studio accommodation, private health insurance support Comprehensive onboarding, advanced sales training, Google product certifications & continuous learning Career progression opportunities, coaching, structured development plans Regular team contests, performance incentives, dynamic international work culture, social events Join a world‑leading customer experience organization with long‑term stability Seniority Not applicable.
