En Certest buscamos incorporar un/a Especialista de compras para una sustitución por baja de maternidad (duración estimada ~8 meses ), con el objetivo de asegurar un flujo continuo de materiales y optimizar el proceso de aprovisionamiento en un entorno dinámico e internacional.Funciones:Gestionar y supervisar el proceso de aprovisionamiento, garantizando tiempos de entrega óptimos y niveles de stock adecuados .Planificar y coordinar las necesidades de materiales según la producción y proyectos en curso .Colaborar con producción, almacén y logística para asegurar el flujo continuo de materiales.Analizar datos de aprovisionamiento para proponer mejoras y optimizaciones en costes y tiempos.Comercio exterior y aduanas: cumplimiento normativo, clasificación de mercancía, documentación de embarque y coordinación con agencias de aduanas.Seguimiento de embarques: control del tránsito de importaciones para asegurar disponibilidad y plazos.Gestión de proveedores internacionales: selección, negociación de condiciones, control de calidad y cumplimiento de entregas.RequisitosFormación superior en logística, ADE o áreas afines.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en aprovisionamiento, compras o supply chain.Se valorará conocimiento de SAP .Experiencia en negociación y gestión de proveedores .Capacidad de planificación, organización y resolución de problemas .Nivel alto de inglés .Dominio de Office .Liderazgo y gestión de proyectos: capacidad para liderar proyectos de mejora y tomar decisiones estratégicas.Resolución de problemas complejos: aptitud para identificar, analizar y optimizar procesos críticos de aprovisionamiento.
