This role focuses on managing and leading the candidate through the process and mainly to evaluate participants through logic tests and 15-minute interviews to make sure they are eligible for the grant.#Responsibilities:Conduct 15-minute remote interviews with pre-selected candidates.Review candidates' logic test results, focusing on their problem-solving andcritical thinking abilities.Evaluate candidates' potential for success in the bootcamp, including theiradaptability and motivation.Provide clear feedback on each candidate's performance and interview.Work closely with the team to finalize participant selection and ensure diversity inthe cohort.Ensure smooth communication with both the candidates and the teamthroughout the interview process.Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and respectful environment during interviews.Review students' documentation to be granted for the Bootcamp.Reach our targets#Requirements:Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, or a similar role, preferably in techeducation or bootcamps. An experience in sales can be a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively evaluate technical and soft skills within a short interviewtimeframe.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with aptitude assessments.Flexibility in scheduling interviews to accommodate candidates.
