The Programme Manager will mentor and lead Junior Project Managers to successfully deliver project requirements.ResponsibilitiesLeading project meetings, coordinating resources and project planning between internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress/status, and managing overall project riskDeveloping project scopes and objectives, manage the relationship with the clients, ensure that projects are delivered on time, managing expectations with customers and ensuring their goals and objectives are metAnalyse and interpret the needs of the customers, building-specific solutions that fit those requirements, using the tools and algorithms provided by the productPerform risk management to minimize project risks, report, and escalate to management as neededCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendorsManage Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progressPerform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective)Detecting future business opportunities for salesBeing proactive and proposing platform improvements, work collaboratively with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the platform and expand the range of standard solutionsKnowledge & ExperienceExperience in managing and deploying enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industryExperience in software development companies focused on external clientsAt least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology to quickly iterate and deliver value to customers.Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, French (a third language is a plus)Expertise in Jira and Google SuiteKnowledge of Business Intelligence: ETL / Data Warehouse methodologiesFamiliarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlinesAble to work in a team and project-orientedAvailability to travel to clients is requiredPackage and Benefits:Unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling start-up with great market traction and immense potential to continue growingCompetitive salary in the sector and scheduled performance/salary reviewsStock OptionsPrivate Medical & Dental InsuranceInternal Training & CertificationsProfessional development and collaborative environmentFlexible Remuneration OptionsLanguage Training CoursesMonthly Team Building ActivitiesApplication Process:If you are a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with a track record of implementing software into external clients, please email me directly.
