If you want to support us in this goal, then you are exactly right with usYOUR ROLEAt Expatrio, we aim to become the trusted partner of many expats who come to Germany, helping them find their occupation, providing the banking and insurance products they need and guiding them throughout their stay in Germany.We are now exponentially evolving our portfolio and are looking for a business-oriented product analyst to help us elevate our solutions. You will be part of a small data team and collaborate with your product and engineering counterparts to drive business value. As a scale-up with less than a decade of life and just over 70 employees, at Expatrio you will have the ability to directly influence the experience of thousands of expats while being exposed to many different challenges. If you are looking for a challenging and fun opportunity to grow as a product analyst, please read on.Responsibilities:Perform product discovery on business areas to unveil and size opportunitiesUse in-depth analysis to guide the product roadmapHelp designing experiments to validate hypothesisOwn the event tracking plan and the tracking strategyPair with product managers and engineers to produce business outcomesDefine and implement the product KPIs (design and dashboarding)Help to establish a data-driven culture throughout the organisationYOUR PROFILE4+ years working as a product analystProven track record of delivering business impact through data insightsProficiency in SQL and PythonPrevious experience working with tools such as Amplitude, MixPanel or Google AnalyticsPrevious experience performing hypothesis testing and experimentationProven track record delivering high quality in-depth analysis on business opportunitiesProficiency with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Looker, Quicksight)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.WHY EXPATRIO?Workation: Do you love working from your home country, enjoying the sun by the sea or simply going skiing in winter after work?
