BDM - Ortho Division

We have an exciting role which will allow you to lead and grow Meril’s Arthroplasty (TKR & THR) division.The role brings you the chance to demonstrate your leadership and contribute to the growth of the business.Main Responsibilities:Agree and implement a Business Development Plan across the Region along with the sales leader to achieve sales targets and objectives.The development of commercial proposals incorporating clinical data for Clinical, Procurement and Finance stakeholders.Provide forecast and market intelligence data for the defined Area including market research analysis.Develop new business opportunities through prospecting new accounts, business proposals and implementation plans for the conversion of key accounts.Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and all key stakeholders within each target account.Provide training and education on products and therapy areas within target accounts as well as product demonstrations to ensure the safe and effective use of Meril products.Requirements:Relevant industry experience in similar role.Proven sales success and business growth.Strong communication and presentation skills.Availability to travel.Good English.
