Estamos buscando un Sales Account Manager que será el futuro CSO de la compañía y trabajará de la mano del CEO toda la estrategia comercial y ejecución de la misma.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Desarrollar un plan de ventas detallado y presupuestado.
- Entender el negocio B2B tecnológico, la solución de Supply Chain y su diferenciación de mercado vs competidores.
- Realizar prospección de mercado constante de la competencia.
- Presencialidad en instalaciones de cliente para entender necesidades de primera mano.
- Junto con Producto, ofrecer al cliente la mejor solución.
- Creación y mantenimiento de la estructura comercial de la empresa (a corto medio plazo y aportando valor e inteligencia comercial desde ya).
- Supervisar el plan de marketing de la empresa y alinearlo con el plan de ventas.

- Paquete Retributivo muy atractivo de Salario Fijo según experiência'+ Variable.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

- Experiência en venta de SaaS / ERP complejos - Experiência en soluciones tecnológicas de Supply Chain - ⁠Experiência en ventas B2B. - Experiência en compañías tecnológicas o startups - Nível de ingles B2 (Mantener reuniones en inglés) ⁠- Tener enfoque en el ROI / Visión estratégica ⁠- Habilidad para la colaboración con otros departamentos - Habilidades de negociación - Capacidad de demostración de casos de éxito - Capacidad analítica - Capacidad de venta en diferentes verticales de negocio (Bienes de consumo, Moda, Industria Automoción, ) - Orientación a resultado y a desarrollo de negocio - Excelente nível de comunicación - Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad
