What are we looking forIf you are looking for a sales management position in a foreign country, CBU is your previous step. Through an international environment, being a key player in strategic projects implementations, and acting as the first support line for the sales teams of your assigned markets, in a couple of years, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become a General Sales Manager.You can be based anywhere Ideally in our offices in Madrid or Almería (Cantoria).Traveling around 70% of the timeSmart Working (hybrid)What you will doGain the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be the person responsible for one of our Business UnitsSupport our Business Units through temporary back-upsProvide internal consultation to the different Business Units in order to analyze business performance and implement and follow up the action plans, defined together with the General Manager, in order to reach operational and management excellenceIdentify and implement observed best practices in each Business UnitTrain new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their rolesAnalyze the market (competition, trends, etc.)Implement Strategy Projects through the business UnitsImplementation of the Cosentino Business ModelWhat you need to succeedQualifications/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree related to Business or Construction topics are preferredLanguages: Fluent in English, second language is a plusExperience: 1-2 years of sales experienceOthers:Knowledge about our businessHigh level of English is a must, French desired.
