Vehicle Territory Sales Manager

You will be working with the 3W Passenger Team in Bengaluru.This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).Our philosophy: Break. Build to simplify.Roles & Responsibilities:You will ensure the smooth running of ground operations and help the customers have a seamless, hassle-free experience, training the drivers, and managing relationships.Responsibilities:Operations management & Customer experienceResponsible for supporting day-to-day operationsConducting comprehensive training for the sales teamMust have excellent relationship management skills across the value chain - from the driver community to fleet managers.About the candidate:Relevant experience in 3W or commercial vehicle sales and operations.Experience in dealer management & training.Kannada language is necessary (read & write).Structured problem-solving, detail-oriented, and customer-first attitude.Experience in customer experience is an add-on bonus.Sales experience is a bonus.Market knowledge (EVs, & Charging stations).Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS Excel.
