Qué harás?

Proponer y tomar decisiones desde diseño en proyectos de funnel.
Generar soluciones y proponer recomendaciones.
Asegurar que las decisiones del funnel donde es asignado giren en torno al usuario.
Trabajar para que exista una perspectiva de diseño centrado en las personas.
Estimar la cantidad de trabajo requerido para manejar las tareas de un proyecto y gestionar su comunicación.

Requisitos
Conocimientos que aportarán valor a tu candidatura :

Conocimiento del sistema de diseño web y app (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Definición y ejecución de técnicas de investigación cuantitativas y cualitativas: A/B testing, encuestas, entrevistas, usability testing, heat maps, etc.
Toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
Métricas digitales (Experiencia en optimización de funnel y medición cuantitativa).
Behavioral Economics (deseable).

Atenderás a la oficina una o dos veces por semana en un horario de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm.
