Your efforts will significantly impact their business, as you work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the larger sales team's success in increasing our client customer base across EMEA. You will play a crucial role in shaping the German online marketing landscape.In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger onboarding team.What You Bring:C1-level proficiency in German and strong command of English (spoken and written). ️For Junior Profiles: 0 to 1 year of sales experience, apassion for learning and a desire to build a career in digital marketing, even without prior experience.For Senior Profiles: A proven track record in digital marketing, PPC campaigns, or B2B sales, with the ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Training:3 weeks of intensive Google Ads and sales training to ensure you're set up for success, regardless of your experience level.For Junior Candidates:Comprehensive Training: Receive in-depth Google Ads and sales training to build your expertise from the ground up.Ongoing Support: Get guidance and mentorship to help you grow and succeed in your role.Career Development: Clear paths to advancement as you gain experience and develop your skills.For Senior Candidates:Lead with Expertise: Leverage your experience to provide high-level strategic advice and drive significant client success.Opportunity to Mentor: Share your knowledge with junior team members and help them grow.Career Growth: Continue advancing within the company, taking on larger projects and responsibilities as you progress.Why join us:Full-Time Role: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Competitive Salary: Starting from 23.876 up to 30,000 gross/year, with a potential bonus of up to 4290 gross/year.(depending on experience)Hybrid Work Model: Flexibility to work both from our vibrant Barcelona office and remotely.Relocation Package: Includes a flight, one month of accommodation, and assistance with private health insurance.Career Growth Opportunities: Clear and structured pathways for both junior and senior profiles to advance within the company.Dynamic Work Environment: Regular team events, social activities, and a friendly, business-casual atmosphere.Why Barcelona?Barcelona offers a unique combination of work-life balance, culture, and lifestyle.
