Director/Senior Vice President

As Vice President at TRG, you will need to create high performing teams through your expert knowledge of the market and strong leadership behaviors. You will be responsible for multiple teams and budgets as well as working with other senior leaders across the group to ensure the company objectives are met. You will develop the next generation of leaders and positively impact the culture of the organization, while reporting to the SVP.Responsibilities:Developing and setting ambitious goalsAll aspects of recruitment and selection for your team, ensuring that the team is fully resourcedImplementing plans and strategies that support the achievement of your teamProviding clear direction and support to team members and providing feedback to improve effectivenessAssessing overall team performance against objectives and goalsCollaborating with other departments across TRG, ensuring that initiatives are implemented and are aligned to overall business goals and objectives, specifically with reference to client management, marketing, training and talent acquisitionRepresenting the company at eventsMaximizing the commercial value of our internal CRM, through implementing excellent data integrity standards across your teamsEnsuring adherence to regulatory and compliance rules and lawsQualifications:Must be able to demonstrate previous sales leadership experience gained from a staffing agency (preferably in the IT sector, but not essential)Inspirational and collaborative leadership styleTrack record of building high-performance teams in an environment built on mutual trustExperience with enterprise and mid-market sales and client developmentStrong understanding of the various business models utilized in the staffing industryExpert knowledge of operational staffing metrics and expected outcome measurementsAn innovative thinker with the courage to try new thingsA level playing field where the only thing that influences your success is you, and an ongoing commitment to transparency, humility, and creating the best possible place for you to work, grow, and achieve.Attendance at prestigious industry conferences around the world.
