Sobre la posición As we enter a new phase of growth, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who understands that true brand leadership is not about volume, but about clarity; Why This Role Matters Marketing at Mindshare is not a support function—it is a strategic voice at the leadership table. The CMO will play a pivotal role in translating our intellectual strength, data-driven expertise, and ethical foundation into a compelling, authentic brand presence. This position is for a leader who sees marketing as stewardship : of brand, of message, and of long-term reputation. Responsabilidades Define and guide the long-term marketing vision, ensuring alignment with Mindshare’s strategic goals and values Shape a cohesive brand narrative that reflects our depth, credibility, and forward-thinking mindset Oversee positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across digital and strategic channels Collaborate closely with leadership, data experts, and business teams to translate complex insights into clear, meaningful communication Establish thoughtful marketing frameworks that prioritize quality, consistency, and sustainable growth Evaluate performance through both qualitative impact and measurable outcomes, refining strategy with intention rather than haste Skills y cualidades requeridas Proven leadership experience in marketing, brand, or strategic communications A deep understanding of how strong brands are built over time—not overnight Data, analytics, technology, or consulting-driven environments Building or refining brands in global or multi-market contexts Leading marketing functions in lean, high-trust, remote teams Estructura del trabajo y cultura Esta es una Part-time, Remote role designed for experienced leaders who value flexibility without compromising impact.
