Hours: Full Time
Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in the USA, the UK, Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain, Poland, or the Philippines.

What the role entails:
Optimising LLMs, datasets, and agent workflows to uphold the highest quality standards, minimising hallucinations and output errors for RAG models.
Designing and deploying a state-of-the-art retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG) conversational agent, leveraging a vast and intricate proprietary dataset.
Deploying and maintaining RAG architecture and LLM pipelines within cloud environments, ensuring top-tier performance.
Fine-tuning data-chunks and text embeddings for superior semantic search across a specialised text corpus.
Evaluating the performance of the RAG system using appropriate metrics and regularly updating the data sources and models based on continuous feedback and monitoring.
What we ask of you:
Proven experience designing and delivering generative AI applications, leveraging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, or similar generative AI systems.
Deep knowledge of generative AI concepts such as transformer models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
Familiarity with relevant AI models and technologies such as OpenAI and Hugging Face.
