Applicants must have the existing legal right to work in the EU without the need for employer sponsorship and meet the requirements of the role.**** As a Junior (Activation) Partner Manager, you work on a team that oversees EFG's global portfolio of brand partners. You are expected to work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams, and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals. This position reports to a Senior Partner Manager. Role requirements: Prepare internal and external recap materials that document partnership execution and outcomes. Gather and organize data for case studies to highlight successful activations and best practices. Support the Partner Activations team with event preparation and operational logistics. Work across global product and event teams to gather information and streamline communication, resulting in successful partnership execution. Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event timelines and deadlines. Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or capacity. An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships, and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest trends. Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel, both domestic and international. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in basic data handling and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in esports and event production is a plus.Ability to understand and strengthen processes and workflows. A hunger to learn and a "no task is too small" attitude.
