Join us at Bayer to have a career where you can put your passion into practice and create value for our farmers, patients and consumers.Within our Global Business Services Projects Team, we are looking for a:Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will oversee or lead highly strategic Global Programs / Projects for distinct functions across the company e.g., Product Supply, Legal, R&D, Quality, Finance, IT, HR etc.He/she will direct different nature of key strategic programs or projects which entail business transformation in many forms, be it processes, systems, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs etc.Be part of Bayer’s Global Business Services Projects Team, embracing new VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) leadership principles and scaling project capabilities to drive value to the organization and contribute to our Bayer Mission.YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSteering the achievement of strategic targets for one or multiple lines of business.Overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire program / project through budgeting, resource readiness, sourcing suppliers through to project release.Build and motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities, risks, and their respective mitigation actions.Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.Participate and/or drive feasibility studies and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.WHO ARE YOUBachelor’s / Master’s in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.5+ years of project management experience in tracking and planning.Project Management certifications: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMP, Prince 2).Outcome-oriented mindset focused on driving successful project results.Customer-centric approach to engage and enhance client satisfaction by co-creating solutions.Adaptable and agile, ready to learn and evolve based on feedback.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.YOUR APPLICATIONThis is your opportunity to tackle the world’s biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations, and slowing the rate of climate change.
