Wij bieden een waardevolle baan voor Nederlandssprekendenaan in deze geweldige stad Overview Als een Nederlandse klantenservicemedewerker representeer je een Nederlands zorgverzekeringsbedrijf. Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor polishouders, wat betekent dat je inkomende telefoontjes beantwoord op een professionele en klantgerichte manier. De meeste vragen gaan over: premies, terugbetalingen, het verplichte eigen risico of dekking en vergoedingen. Je kunt goed luisteren, de juiste vragen stellen en goede en kloppende informatie bieden. In je rol als adviseur reageer je actief op de behoeften van de klant. Met een behulpzame houding en een servicegerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat de klant enorm tevreden is. Je zult onderdeel zijn van een team dat gaat voor betrouwbaarheid, transparantie en persoonlijke service. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat ieder klant zich gehoord, ondersteund en gewaardeerd voelt. Benefits Werk 24-39 uur (geplande uren per week) Werk van maandag tot vrijdag, van 08.00 tot 18.00 Zorgverzekering Relocatie pakket (€150 vlucht, hulp met vinden van een accommodatie) Werk remote vanuit je huis in Valencia of Alicante 3 weken fulltime training Ontwikkelmogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf (word een trainer, coach of teammanager) Qualifications Je schrijft en spreekt Nederlands op moedertaalniveau en kunt communiceren in het Engels. Ervaring in de klantenservice is een pré, maar geen verplichting. Je hebt basiskennis van computers en telefoons. Servicegericht en in staat om actief te luisteren.
