Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **Backend Architect**

Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**

A nível técnico es indispensable que tengas:

- Experiência en diseño de arquitecturas escalables orientadas a servicios.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Clean Code y patrones de diseño.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Clear Architectures: Arquitectura Hexagonal - Domain Driven Design
- Conocimientos avanzados en estrategias de testing. TDD, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, etc.
- Conocimientos en el mantenimiento de código escalable y herramientas de análisis de calidad del código y de telemetría.
- Conocimiento a nível developer del ecosistema de Docker y contenedores.
- Conocimientos de patrones de diseño de servicios distribuidos.
- Service Discovery

- Backend for Frontends
- Aggregator Pattern
- Circuit Breaker
- Event Sourcing
- etc
- Debes tener capacidad para orientar nuestra aplicación teniendo en cuenta el rendimiento y la escalabilidad, optimizando consultas de base de datos, caché, y otros aspectos críticos para garantizar un buen rendimiento en entornos de producción.
- Tienes conocimientos sólidos sobre las mejores prácticas de seguridad, incluyendo la prevención de vulnerabilidades comunes como la inyección SQL,MITM, DDoSentre otras. OWASP es tu religión y OWASP Top Ten son tus diez mandamientos.
- Debes ser capaz de colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo, liderar iniciativas técnicas, y comunicar de manera clara.
- Además de habilidades técnicas, eres capaz de colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo, liderar iniciativas técnicas, y comunicar de manera clara y efectiva las decisiones de diseño y arquitectura a las diferentes areas interesadas.

Y además brillarás ✨si:

- Tienes experiência como arquitecto en el ecosistema de PHP, especialmente con Symfony y su ecosistema.
- Symfony
- PHPSTAN
- PHPArchitect
- Entre otras
- Experiência en bases de datos NoSQL y experiência en implantar la base de datos óptima en función del caso de uso.
- Llevas más de 3 años en esta posición o similar en un proyecto SaaS de Producto
- Tienes experiência con proyectos que han requerido adaptaciones por su elevado crecimiento de usuarios, en términos de volumen de datos, ajustes en manejo de eventos, disección de monolitos‍‍

**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**
- Pertenecerás a un Squad muy especial que se encarga de diseñar el futuro de la aplicación a nível de arquitectura, tecnología y verticalización.
- En tu día a día, investigarás los principales cuellos de botella, problemas de rendimiento, escalabilidad, seguridadPodrás realizar los experimentos que consideres necesarios, para aterrizar, documentar y priorizar el roadmap técnico de backend, alineado con el resto de áreas de la empresa.
- Como empresa con corazón agile, tendrás tus sprint, daylies, refinements. Cualquier aportación será más que bienvenida.
- Contribuirás a construir la herramienta más TOP de RRHH.
- Trabajarás con las últimas tecnologías y un stack tecnológico siempre actualizado, siendo tu misión conservar este status.
- Colaborarás mano a mano con un equipo joven y proactivo
- Serás parte de un entorno con una metodología ágil y bien estructurada, permitiéndote fluir eficientemente en cada proyecto.

**¿Cuál será tu crecimiento en la empresa?**
- Durante las primeras semanas recibirás distintas formaciones tanto del proyecto como de producto y harás pair-programming para iniciarte en el proyecto
- En los primeros meses te centrarás en investigar y conocer todos los rincones del proyecto.
- Una vez te sientas con la necesaria soltura y conocimiento en el proyecto, empezarás a refinar y estimar tus propias tareas y establecerás junto con el resto del squad al roadmap técnico,apoyándote en el resto de compañeros para hacerlo realidad.
- Aportarás tus ideas en las reuniones previas a sprint y crearás, refinarás y estimarás las tareas del sprint de tu squad.
