Together, we aim to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools addressing major health challenges.We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna). Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and installing products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnosing system failures and determining cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary, and developing customer service agreements. The role involves responding to support calls within an assigned territory and demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and empathy with customers and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers.Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels.Respond to support calls within an assigned territory.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical Secondary School Diploma in biotech, electronics, or related fields; proficiency in English is mandatory.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service.Willingness to travel; a driving license is mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.You will be part of a dynamic team focused on results and continuous improvement, where teamwork and fun are valued.
