Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionReporting to the Content Director, you will create social media content for a well-known client in the entertainment and streaming sector with the help of a team of creatives, project managers, strategists, designers and video editors. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.Your primary responsibilities will include:Community Management.Social content brainstorming and execution.Develop a social media strategy for our client to grow reach and engagement across channels, ensuring that the content is creative, strategic, and aligned with their goals.Plan calendars, create content and lead creative brainstorming sessions in collaboration with designers, video editors and creatives.Manage social media coverage for live events, campaigns, and propose reactive ideas or content based on real-time trends.Work with the project management team to ensure reports are delivered on time and within budget.QualificationsFluent in Spanish, and conversational level of English.Over 1 year of experience as a Community Manager, or creating social media content in a creative social agency.Understanding of fan communities in social spaces and how to build them.Accustomed to work with platform business managers (Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat for Business, or TikTok) and an understanding of media metrics and best practices.Habituated to create content and copy for TikTok, Instagram, and X.Passion about creativity, social media, entertainment, sports, music and pop culture.You love getting to know your client, developing lasting relationships, and adding value to their business.You produce unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
