The entity has a network present in 56 countries.**AREA**The Auditor of the Iberian Peninsula audit Hub is part of Inspection Générale (IG) and carries out audit assignments on all the activities of the Group located either in Spain or in Portugal.**MISSION**Carries out audit assignments on all the activities of the Group located either in Spain or in Portugal.The Auditor could also participate to assignment lead by either Central IG or other hubs.**RESPONSIBILITIES**The Auditor of the Iberian Peninsula audit Hub carries out audit assignment:to verify the absence of major weaknesses in the internal control system and its consistency in all group entities, as well as the reliability of the financial, operational and management data;to examine the appropriateness of the methods and procedures and the efficiency of the management and control processes used within BNP Paribasto verify that the methods used in acquiring, allocating and preserving the Group's internal resources human, technological, material, etc. are cost effective;to assess management's ability to assume responsibilities, display leadership qualities and define management orientations;to verify the methods used for achieving objectives and for implementing, in optimal conditions, the strategies and action plans defined by the responsible entities in accordance with the general policies of BNP ParibasThe Auditor of the Iberian Peninsula audit Hub has also to:Participate to the annual risk assessment exercise by analyzing Audit Units;Follow up the issued recommendations assigned to himAssist in the production of the periodic reporting requested locally or by IG Head office.**REQUIREMENTS**:TRAINING: Finance, Law or similar.EXPERIENCE: Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in a group business line or risk activityLANGUAGES: English C1/C2SKILLS:- Technical:- Good writing skills- Ability to lead interviews- Capacity to analyze and synthesize information"- Transversal & Behavioral:- Ability to conduct a negotiation- Attention to detail/rigor- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork**BENEFITS**- Training programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries- Diversity and Inclusion Committee that ensures an inclusive work environment.
