About The Role Fever has a unique offering for clients and has worked with top‑tier brands across many verticals. We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join and lead our Brand Partnerships team in Madrid. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with external organizations, brands, and events that align with our company’s goals and values. Key Responsibilities Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and industry influencers Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectives Bring in suitable and ambitious client briefs Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations Attend client meetings and pitches Strategically and creatively build a strong long‑term pipeline Meet quarterly sales goals Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences and social media, and be able to articulate them to clients Lead a team of sponsorship professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Skills & Experience Required Minimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related field Proven track record of securing and managing high‑value sponsorships Ability to build and foster strong client relationships Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills An entrepreneurial can‑do attitude A self‑starter comfortable in ambiguity, able to work through new situations Creative thinking and data‑driven decision making Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in English (required) Desirable A strong list of direct client and/or agency contacts Experience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiences Benefits & Perks Opportunity to have a real impact in a high‑growth global category leader Health insurance Gympass membership Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets Home office friendly Responsibility from day one, and professional and personal growth Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with We have free food, drink, and fruit at the office Possibility to receive part of your salary in advance through Payflow We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone's background and ideas count.
