As a Frontend Developer at MMT, you are part of the digital changemakers. We create experiences, platforms, and partnerships that enable companies to realize digital value faster. In your role, you will work on diverse projects and technologies, developing innovative frontend solutions and leveraging modern technologies to build high-performance, user-centric web applications. You will contribute valuable ideas and support implementation without being solely responsible for overall performance.

You will work closely with a talented team. Your focus will be on frontend development – from implementing modern, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces to optimizing the user experience. You will work with current web technologies, implement interactive features, and ensure that designs are implemented accurately and functionally. Additionally, you will support the team in quality assurance and performance optimization of the applications.

What you do.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js (App Router, Server Components, data fetching)
- Build and maintain component libraries with Storybook
- Ensure robust testing using Jest and React Testing Library
- Implement responsive design and Tailwind CSS best practices
- Work closely with back-end .NET developers to integrate APIs effectively
- Lead by example in mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge through blogging, talks, or contributions to open-source projects
What you bring along.
- Experience of leading Development teams and/or line management of others
- Strong experience with React.js (hooks, context, components)
- Proficiency in TypeScript for large-scale React applications
- Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, data fetching)
- Experience with Storybook for component-driven development
- Strong background in testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, caching)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Experience with Razor / .NET is a strong benefit
