The Junior Project Manager will support technology project delivery and progressively take responsibility under senior supervision in an international environment.MissionSupport the successful execution of technology projects by coordinating teams, tracking delivery, and ensuring operational discipline, while developing the skills required to become an autonomous Project Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, execution tracking, and reporting.Coordinate day-to-day activities with multidisciplinary technical teams.Track KPIs, effort, costs, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigations andescalate as required.Prepare dashboards and weekly status reports.Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts (RAID, actions, decisions).Participate in internal and client meetings; adapt communication to stakeholder level.Apply VASS methodologies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.Required BackgroundEducation (mandatory): Technical engineering degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / Industrial / Telecommunications / equivalent).Experience: 0–2 years professional experience; exposure to software/digital projects is a plus.Technical literacy: Broad understanding of software delivery lifecycle; ability to interact effectively with technical teams.English: C1–C2 (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.Skills & MindsetExcellent written and verbal communication.Structured thinking, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.Ownership and accountability; reliable execution.Proactive attitude and strong learning mindset.Clear motivation for a long-term management career in project/service/delivery leadership.Development & Career PathThe PoC includes structured onboarding, continuous mentoring, and progressive responsibility.
