Se integrará en un entorno estratégico dentro del área de IT, participando activamente en la consolidación, mejora continua y aseguramiento del buen funcionamiento de la plataforma, en estrecha colaboración con responsables de sistemas, procesos y negocio.En este rol, contribuirás al desarrollo de la hoja de ruta tecnológica, al diseño de mejoras operativas y al aseguramiento de la calidad y consistencia de los procesos soportados por la plataforma.Guiar la evolución funcional y técnica del roadmap de ServiceNow, alineándolo con la estrategia de la organización.Asegurar que los procesos operativos gestionados en la plataforma siguen las buenas prácticas y estándares corporativos, especialmente en ámbitos ITIL.Impulsar la mejora continua junto con responsables de proceso, facilitando optimizaciones en workflows, automatizaciones y capacidades de reporting.Supervisar la integridad, calidad y gobierno de la CMDB, garantizando su correcta actualización y uso.Revisar y validar reglas de negocio, catálogos, flujos de trabajo, dashboards y automatizaciones para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento. Asegurar la correcta integración de ServiceNow con otros sistemas corporativos, supervisando su coherencia técnica y funcional.Coordinar actividades con áreas técnicas, responsables funcionales, proveedores y partners tecnológicos.Facilitar una comunicación clara y consistente entre perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, auditoría y gobierno aplicables a la plataforma.Experiencia demostrada en marcos ITSM/ITIL relacionados con gestión de incidencias, cambios, problemas y solicitudes.Conocimiento y experiencia en gestión de una CMDB y sus modelos de datos.Valorable experiencia administrando o gestionando ServiceNow.Buen entendimiento de arquitecturas de plataformas y flujos de integración.Capacidad para coordinar equipos diversos y liderar iniciativas de punta a punta.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.Enfoque resolutivo, proactividad, autonomía y capacidad de priorizar en entornos dinámicos.Un equipo diverso.
