Objectives Deliver tailored, end-to-end SAP Success Factors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on Success Factors based on best practices and industry standards. Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs. Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning. Lead the technical implementation of SAP Success Factors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems. Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP Success Factors and related technologies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture. Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP Success Factors solutions for global enterprises. In-depth understanding of SAP Success Factors modules and their integration points. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. B2 level proficiency in German is mandatory. SAP Success Factors certifications are desirable.
