Our process starts from conceptualization and design, leading to manufacturing and distribution. What We Are Looking For:We are seeking an skilledPre-Sales Engineerto join our commercial team and provide technical support for proposals to our customers. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, ensuring that the technical solutions proposed are precise and understandable to the customer.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Collaborate with the sales team toidentify the technical needs of the clientand offer appropriate solutions.Develop the technical part of thecommercial proposalsrelated to EV Chargers and technological solutions.Present charging solutions from a technical perspective, explaining their benefits and features in a way that is easy for the client to understand.Work closely with the sales team to define the client’s technical needs.Translate the technological advantages of the proposed solutions into commercial language to facilitate client understanding.Prepare product demonstrations and presentations to show clients how the solutions meet their needs.Be responsible for the development of our productmanuals .Coordinate theproject implementationof proposed solutions, ensuring their technical success and that they meet the client's expectations (if not specifically assigned to another role).Requirements:Degree inEngineering , or related fields with technical experience in electric products.+2 years of experience working in a pre-sales or technical support role for commercial teams.Strong understanding ofEV charging solutionsand the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts into understandable terms.Ability to work collaboratively with sales, after sales, and technical teams.Coordination skills to manage the technical implementation of solutions.Client-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.Availability to travel.Fluent English and Spanish is a must.Nice to Have:Previous experience in testing and validating technological products.Benefits:1 day of working from home.Flexible office hours: start between 8 am and 10 am, finish between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.Unlimited coffee&Snacks .Be part of a team where your opinion counts, and you can contribute to innovative solutions.Selection Process:Initial CallwithLucía(People Manager) to get to know you and introduce you to VEGA Chargers. xcskxlj Meeting withJose(CPO) and the sales team.Job Offer #J-18808-Ljbffr
