A medida que el producto y la organización crecen, necesitamos asegurar que la ejecución diaria esté alineada, ordenada y sea previsible. El rol Buscamos un/a Business Operations Specialist para apoyar la ejecución operativa del negocio y del producto, ayudando a que los equipos trabajen coordinados, los procesos estén claros y las iniciativas se lleven a cabo con foco y seguimiento. Este rol es transversal y muy cercano al día a día del producto y de los equipos. Qué harás Organizar y facilitar rituales de trabajo (dailys, semanales, revisiones periódicas), asegurando foco, preparación y seguimiento. Mantener y estructurar la agenda operativa de la empresa, ayudando a priorizar temas y evitar fricciones. Hacer seguimiento activo de objetivos y KPIs clave, detectando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctoras. Acompañar la ejecución de iniciativas transversales, asegurando alineación, seguimiento y claridad entre equipos. Dar soporte al seguimiento del roadmap junto a Producto y Tech. Garantizar visibilidad, seguimiento y coordinación operativa de las actualizaciones de la app, promoviendo orden, calidad y previsibilidad. Documentar y mantener procesos operativos (SOPs). Estandarizar flujos de trabajo entre Producto, Tech, Atención al Cliente, Marketing y Finanzas. Hacer seguimiento de tareas, dependencias y bloqueos. Preparar reportes de estado y métricas clave para dar visibilidad. Proponer mejoras prácticas en procesos y formas de trabajo. Requisitos imprescindibles Experiencia previa en Business Operations, Operations, Project Coordination o roles similares. Alta capacidad de organización, seguimiento y priorización. Buena comunicación escrita y verbal. Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples equipos y prioridades. Experiencia con herramientas como Notion, Jira, Monday, Asana, ClickUp o similares. Nivel alto de español e inglés. Muy valorable Experiencia en apps móviles o productos digitales. Experiencia colaborando con equipos de Producto, Marketing y Tech en entornos de releases continuos. Background en consultoría, startups o scale-ups. Conocimientos de métricas de producto y negocio. Qué ofrecemos Rol transversal con impacto real en el día a día del producto.
