We invest in the well-being of our employees through training programs, personalized strategies, schedule and work location flexibility, and team-building activities.We encourage you to apply to this position and come and meet us to see how there is something special about Clue that will reassure your interest in becoming a Cluer➪ What is the job about?The Embedded SW Engineer will be a specialist in the development of embedded software applications for the aerospace industry.➪ What will you do?Work on R&D projects within the aeronautical sector related to software technologies.Design and develop state-of-the-art requirements-based applications for avionic electronic equipment.Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineers to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for Clue products.➪ What profile are we looking for?Required:Willing to work from our offices in Madrid or Málaga at least 2 days per week.Fluent Spanish speaker.At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and debugging C applications for embedded systems.Able to read documentation in English.Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related Degree.Experience with communication protocols design & development.Experience in GPOS (embedded Linux) or RTOS (VxWorks, PikeOS) across multiple HW architectures (ARM, PowerPC).Hands-on experience with BSP utilization.Specific knowledge of digital interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, RS).Experience with version control (Git).Experience with CI/CD development.Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be valued but is not mandatory.Valuable:Experience with aeronautical projects and DO178.Experience with avionic protocols (ARINC429, AFDX).Specific knowledge of programming languages (Python).Specific knowledge of databases.Experience working with datasheets.Knowledge of cryptography.Experience in safety-critical embedded systems.Knowledge of web development.Knowledge of GUI development using QT.Experience with Yocto.Experience working with AGILE methodology.Master Degree.➪ What skills do we value?Role model for junior engineers and able to take reasoned decisions.Proactive attitude and demonstrate autonomy.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Research-oriented and able to apply critical thinking.Natural organizational skills.Eagerness to learn.Team-oriented and humble.Pride in work, valuing quality and attention to detail.Ability to balance optimization and on-time delivery.Accountable for assigned tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.➪ What do we offer?Full-time, permanent contract.Hybrid work: 3 days per week from home, 2 days per week from our offices in Madrid or Málaga.Free private medical insurance.25+2 flexible vacation days.Schedule flexibility.Free Friday afternoons.Permanent internal and external training.Free coffee and snacks.Healthy lunch served daily for staff at the office.Work with cutting-edge technologies.We are waiting for you to apply➪ Which are the steps of the process?Talent InterviewTechnical InterviewManagement InterviewClue is committed to the diversity of its teams and an inclusive work environment.
