For the management of agile software teams in an international environment at our facilities in Metrohm DropSens (Asturias – Spain), we are looking for an Agile Leader (m/f/d). In your role as Agile Leader, you will assume overall responsibility (including budgeting) for our agile teams at the Asturias location. You plan and organize development activities together with your team. As an Agile Leader, you coach your team leaders / Scrum masters and enable them to organize themselves and act independently in accordance with agile principles and roles. With your experience, you help developing your scrum team to its highest performance.You are responsible for the recruitment of new employees and for the development of additional agile teams. You support the team leaders in the development of their employees. As part of our Cross Site Steering Team, you actively influence organizational development and promote cross-site collaboration. Furthermore, you help to keep processes and practices consistent for the entire software development. Your profile: You have several years of experience in leading agile software development (Scrum, SAFe), in a scaled, distributed environment. You provide passionate leadership, cultivate a cooperative management style, enjoy moderating, and understand how to motivate the organization. You are communicative, creative, like to take responsibility, and share your experience with agile practices in the organization. Values such as transparency and trust are important to you. You promote and establish personal responsibility and self-organization. You can communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
