Training Manager — Global Risks Academy (GRA) Join ACK3, a leader in Global Risk Management and Strategic Intelligence, as a Training Manager for our Global Risks Academy (GRA). In this role you will plan, coordinate, and execute training programs, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and academic excellence. Location Madrid, Spain Employment type Tiempo parcial (Part‑time) Start date Immediate Responsibilities Plan and schedule tactical and operational courses. Select instructors, materials, vehicles, and required resources. Lead HEAT, SERE, TCCC, HECPO, Survival, and Bootcamp training sessions. Develop new UAS (drone) and K9 training programs. Coordinate logistics, attendance, safety checks, evaluation, and certification. Apply strict safety standards, sector regulations, and risk‑management criteria. Promote continuous improvement and ensure training excellence. Qualifications Proven operational experience (Armed Forces, security, SAR, or similar). Ability to lead in the field and manage comprehensive logistics. Procedure‑oriented mindset, high standards, and strong operational discipline. Preferred qualifications: UAS certification, K9 experience, TCCC/HEAT/SERE credentials, and operational English. What we offer Opportunity to build and develop GRA Training from the ground up.
