We are seeking a French-speaking Database Operator to manage our healthcare database, maintaining data in French. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational company and be part of a multicultural team comprising over 54 nationalities.

Essential Functions :
- Update reference databases with new products and market changes in French-speaking countries, ensuring data quality by classifying, standardizing, and grouping data according to company hierarchies and business rules.
- Identify necessary changes to existing reference files.
- Collaborate with local offices to determine when and how to correct, delete, or add data to improve reference files.
- Identify and resolve routine data exceptions and issues.
- Perform quality control on maintained data and apply corrections as needed.
- Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
Skills & Requirements :
- High proficiency in French and English (both at a high level).
- Experience in maintaining and updating databases is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Highly organized with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Excellent professional communication skills (phone and email).
- Experience working in multinational corporations is a plus.
