What You’ll Do Our Assistant Store Manager is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. Responsibilities include: Guest Experience: Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests. Leadership: Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor; plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks while maintaining our guest as our top priority. Talent: Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team; build bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility; establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team. Operations & Visual: Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently; maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards; problem solve proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.
