Financial Crime Operations – Screening Graduate Ebury Leon Office – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. What You’ll Do Efficiently review and investigate matches against sanctions and internal lists, taking appropriate action. Conduct real-time, rules-based monitoring of client transactions and promptly address any generated alerts. Respond effectively to information requests from banking partners regarding transactions. Address inquiries from internal departments in a timely and helpful manner. Complete assigned tasks with focus and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently. Proactively communicate task status to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, escalating issues promptly as needed. Strictly adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures. What You’ll Need Demonstrates diligence, strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines. Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven operational environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Collaborative and comfortable contributing effectively within a team setting. Possesses a strong curiosity and eagerness to learn, actively seeking clarification to ensure process understanding. Adaptable and able to navigate evolving products, processes, and procedures. Highly motivated with a strong desire to contribute to Ebury's success.
