Your ResponsibilitiesSupport Commercial team on assortment planning and managementManage special projects to optimize data management and develop internal toolsOwn commercial Ops process (Item Set-up and communication with operations) and lead team of associates and a photographerEstablish new processes, improve the existing commercial team and create the dashboardManage data entry, compliance, and accuracy of item set up formsPrepare and sort documents for data entry and test software updatesFocus on outstanding customer experience and data completionLiaise with Buying team, Supply Chain, and Retail in order to troubleshoot item setup issues in coordination with the Buying teamRequirementsBachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Economics, or equivalent from a top tier university3+ years of proven experience with a mix of Banking, Consulting, Retail plus Sales Strategy/Operations roles; ideally work experience supporting a breadth of projectsExperience with e-commerce, retail, growth strategies, and sales operationsHighly innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlinesExperience leveraging cross-functional partners in order to manage and execute high-impact projectsProven data analytics skillsGreat skills in Excel/Google Sheets and a basic knowledge of SQL, Python & Tableau is necessaryEffective reporting and presentation skillsYou have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirtyYou have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and SpanishBenefitsAs a part of the fastest-growing startup in Europe, you can benefit from a steep learning curve from day one with a high career growth trajectory.
