Head of Product SaaS StartupLocation: Hybrid, Barcelona

Job Overview: We are seeking a Head of Product for our SaaS startup in Barcelona. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  2. Team Leadership: Building and leading a team of product managers, designers, and developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure product success.
  3. Product Roadmap: Creating and managing a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization of features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
  4. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify opportunities, understand customer pain points, and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Product Development: Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS product development.
  2. Experience in leading product development teams and managing the entire product lifecycle.
  3. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and product development practices.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Company Overview: We are a growing SaaS startup based in Barcelona with over 40 employees. We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
