Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?Senior Tax Accounting and Compliance SpecialistABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Tax Accounting and Compliance Specialist, you will be playing a key role within Fever's Finance function working closely with the Head of Tax and Head of Financial Operations and the rest of the team, contributing to the development of processes in our Finance Operations practice. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity in getting things done with the main focus on:Ensure accurate Tax Provisions and disclosures in Financial StatementsProvide Guidance on Accounting for Income Taxes, Deferred Taxes and Liabilities, Uncertain Tax Positions, and Other Tax-Related Financial Reporting MattersEnsure Timely and Accurate Preparation and Filing of Corporate Tax Returns and Other Tax-Related filings across multiple jurisdictionsAssist with Indirect Tax filings across multiple jurisdictions and responsible for B2C billing requirements and compliance with local e-invoicing regulationsManage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors and coordinate with the accounting team.Assisting in the implementation and roll-out of tax reporting tools and technology aimed at improving tax reporting quality and accuracy and compliance processesDevelop and implement strategies to optimize tax accounting and reporting processes. Upscaling processes and operations within the Tax practice to meet expectations of a highly transactional and growing businessThis role gives a perfect opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leaderABOUT YOUIn order to be successful in this role, you will have:Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldProficiency in tax software and financial systems and proven ability with excel+3 years of experience in very analytical/operational roles+4 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on global reportingExperience on e-invoicing regulations and B2C billing requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and focus on data accuracyBe fluent in written and spoken English.
